ENGLISH CLASS: ENGLISH CLASS

Dear Carlos I as user of urban transport, I assure that the traffic owes to that many cars exist and that in occasions do not respect the laws of traffic. I have seen that the drivers of the buses invade lanes, others that are stopped when they must not do it and pedestrians who do not use the space adapted to walk. These are some reasons for which I do not agree with the way of thinking about any persons. Because of it, the new laws of the Department of Transport and Public Works (M.T.O.P.), they must sanction the persons who do not expire with the laws. Please help us to solve this problem.
