I'm by writing, together with the inhabitants of the new district. To ask more control for the public transport system passing through the streets, Victor Hugo and Arturo Borja. There are not a traffic lights police agents would be needed in order to avoid such catastrophic disorder. We can't cross the streets, and recently a death of a person was caused by this problem .I look forward to hearing from you.
